Well the hubby and I are getting ready to head to our favorite place next month for our seven year wedding anniversary. I thought I would share it with you all, it's a bit of secret so don't pass it on too much. Plus maybe this will keep us in a summertime mood. Especially for those of you where school has just started or is about to start.
The hubby and his family have been traveling to this part of Mexico, in between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum since he was in high school. I didn't make it there until our honeymoon.
We have since stumbled upon this little gem of a condo on Half Moon Bay in Akumal.

What a view right??!! And that pool is amazing!
(Half Moon Bay is not very a swimmable beach so that pool comes in handy.)

Overall a really great property at a great price. It's super clean and one of the few properties on Half Moon Bay with a pool. Maid service daily, bottled water, and air conditioning in the bedroom. When we go in low season (May- October) we are usually the only ones there. There are other units available that sleep more people if you have a larger party.
It's also within walking distance to two restaurants La Buena Vida and La Lunita. See the links below! I dont' often share La Buena Vida for it is.... awesome!!
